Dining at Old Alexandria
Hard Times Cafe is a popular restaurant in King St. (known as Old Alexandria), but people seemed to shy away from the afternoon sun when we were there. Inside the place was packed with people, but being New Yorkers David and I decided to dine outside. It was just like dining at Pittsford Plaza or Park Ave. where you can see people walking around, looking at shops or people. Old Alexandria is a high-end area where small, rustic shops, esp. antique shops, mushroom. As with other areas in Washington DC you need to find a place to park.

Seeing the pandas at Washington National Zoo
I was disappointed to know that there were only a few animals housed at the Washington National Zoo. It wasn't even a fourth of what Canada's African Lion Safari has. However, I was glad to see the pandas.
