Priorities in looking for a house:
1. A big backyard so the family dog can have exercise.
2. The kitchen must have a dishwasher.
3. There should be a walk-in closet.
The rest can be fixed.
An ideal American family:
Husband, wife and a dog.
Isn't that wonderful?
